How Much Does ERP Software Cost?
ERP pricing is the least transparent category on this site, and that opacity is itself the finding: most enterprise vendors here — SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, Epicor, and SYSPRO — publish no price at all, routing every buyer through a quote instead. Where a figure does exist it is usually per user per month on an annual commitment, and the vendors that publish one (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Odoo, Zoho One) are the exception rather than the rule. Read the unit carefully when comparing: per user, per employee, and resource-based licensing are not interchangeable, and at least one vendor here charges per employee on payroll rather than per seat actually used. License cost is also only part of the total — implementation, data migration, and integration are quoted separately and are frequently the larger line.
